Minimize NTHUSIM to the toolbar, don't close it out. It needs to be running when FSX is running. Also, NTHUSIM needs to be running before you start FSX. If you happen to only be in demo mode, be mindful that the demo pre-warping only lasts for 10 minutes, then you have to restart NTHUSIM and FSX.
