Hi, I am currently using the trial version and it seems great so I am looking to upgrade, but I have two questions:
- If I reformat the PC - which I am planning to do before too long how many times can the licence be reused
- If at a later date I want to upgrade so I can use multiple projectors is there an upgrage option rather than paying the full price
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,
I'm new to the software. I've just purchased the Plus version.
Though, when trying to activate the software, I receive a message saying "No unused activations on the server.".
Are there any actions I need to take, or just be patient.

Thanks for the purchase. We've just generated an activation code for you. A PM is on the way with details.
The activation process is a manual one, so it usually takes 24-48 hours depending upon when the purchase was made ...... and our sleep patterns down here in Australia. In your case, just 2 hours!

1. As long as you're using it on the same setup, as many times as needed. Realize that too much change in hardware and it will need manual reset for reactivation though. Manual reset typically takes about 24 hours after emailing a request to Immersaview. I upgrade hardware a lot. Personally I've rebuilt my main projection machine about 4 times now. Some of the larger hardware changes (like mobo + CPU change) required manual reactivation.
2. If you talk with Immersaview you can purchase the standard version of NTHUSIM now for single projector, then upgrade to NTHUSIM Plus at a later date. This would be something you'd need to work out directly with Immersaview though.
