I don't see a search tool so I apologize if this is a repeat.
How often would I expect to have to adjust the projector overlap?
Do projectors tend to drift in colour, brightness and gamma so that the images are noticeably different?
The short answer is it will happen. The quality of the components will affect it, as well as the type of lamp used. There is simple thermal drift (when the projectors heat up things will shift slightly) and then there is the degradation of the lamps and colorwheels over time. If you use more than one projector, then make sure you change the lamps and filters etc. together to keep them as uniform as possible. Of course, if you can afford to spend more than $70k per projector, that'll probably help :)
